IN-HOME MEAL PREPARATION SERVICE
Vineyard Gourmet offers complete in-home meal preparation, for both local residents and guests to Paso Robles wine country. Vineyard Gourmet will shop for groceries, prepare the meals in your kithen and handle all the clean-up. Vineyard Gourmet can even prepare meals for an entire week.

Carribean Dinner
Appetizer
Jamaican Jerk hot wings with a sweet and sour pineapple dipping sauce.
Soup
Mango & shrimp bisque drizzled with a dark rum, garnished
with slices of caramelized peppers.
Salad
Heart of palm and spicy Barbados molasses shrimp kabob drizzled with a mild pineapple chardonnay dressing.
Main Course
Trinidadian Calypso Chicken Calypso chicken ragout in a Zinfandel reduction sauce served with beans & rice and an avocado mango salsa.
Dessert
Warm banana bread & butter pudding soaked in buttered dark rum and topped with fresh whipped cream.
