Hailing from the Caribbean, with native Trinidad and West Indian heritage, Anjie was exposed early to the diverse culinary cultural history of the islands, influenced by centuries of settlers. The Caribbean’s lively festivals and music, and world-fusion cuisine inspired Anjanie to become a multi-cultural foodie, who views every meal as an adventure. Now living in Paso Robles, California with her husband and three girls, Anjie has also melded in a touch of wine-country cuisine into her creative and flavorful repertoire.
